| | does anyone else remember the Veolia fuel surchage (price increase per month) in Talladega County by Veolia: stating the increase was necessary because of the price of fuel?? Well, when fuel prices came back down a bit did they ever remove the surcharge that was ok’d by the County Commission? Has the County Commission given this any thought?
