Chop Shop

This movie by director Ramin Bahrani" (Man Push Cart) follows Alejandro" (Alejandro Polanco), an orphan struggling to survive on the streets of Queens by working in an auto-body shop and selling candy on the only New York subway train that never reaches Manhattan. Post critic John Anderson calls this "a not-to-miss gem for the discriminating viewer." Extras include rehearsal footage and commentary.

Jet Li's Fearless

The Post's Stephen Hunter says that this movie, in which Jet Li plays a Chinese martial arts fighter named Huo Yuanjia, "follows a well-traveled path: When Yuanjia is told he has been humiliated by a rival family, he goes ballistic, seeks revenge and unleashes fury on Earth. The fight choreography is technically impressive, but it's so pumped up it seems ridiculous." Extras include deleted scenes and a making-of featurette.

The Ruins

Take a Mexican beach resort, young tourists and a trek to a little-known Mayan pyramid, and you can pretty much guess what follows: plenty of violence. Extras include a featurette on how deadly vines were brought to life.

Sleepwalking

Charlize Theron plays a mother who abandons her 11-year-old daughter" (AnnaSophia Robb), leaving her with the child's uncle. The Post's Ann Hornaday says that when Theron is not on-screen, the movie "begins to act like its own title. ... Wake me when it's over." Extras include a making-of featurette.

Superhero Movie

Leslie Nielsen is Uncle Albert, whose nephew has been bitten by a radioactive dragonfly and becomes a wall-scaling superhero. Anderson says, "You know exactly what you're getting, in a format that hasn't packed a delightful surprise since, well, maybe 1980." Extras include deleted scenes and an alternate ending.
