ASIE JACKSON BULLARD JR.TALLADEGA — Funeral service for Mr. Asie Jackson Bullard Jr., 66, will be Friday, May 2, at 3 p.m. at Usrey Chapel, Talladega, with the Rev. Wayne Hester officiating. Burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Mr. Bullard passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008 in Anniston. He was a native of Calhoun County and had lived most of his life in Talladega. He was a retired self-employed painter. He is survived by sons, Tommy Bullard, Terry Bullard (Leona), Chris Bullard (Daphne) and Scotty Bullard (Sherry) all of Talladega; sisters, Mary England (Macy) of Ragland and Louise Jones (James) of Clay County; 10 grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Thursday, May 1, from 6-9 p.m. at Usrey.
Pallbearers are Johnny Sexton, Jimmy Sexton, Mike Travis, James Magouryk, Ken Johnson and Ricky Lathem. Honorary pallbearers are Justin Bullard, Michael Travis and Dillon Travis. Usrey Funeral Home in Talladega will direct the service.
JAMES H. "JIMMY" DEW JR.
LINCOLN — Mr. James H. "Jimmy" Dew Jr. passed away on Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Stringfellow Memorial Hospital. A life long resident of the region he lived his last years in the Lincoln Embry Cross Roads area. He retired from Southern Tool last fall after working there for more than 20 years. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Ruth. He is survived by a sister Carole Perry of Columbia, MD; son, Mike Dew of Anniston; son, Donald and his wife Sherri Dew; and grandchildren, Kenneth and Kari Gardner of Anniston; as well numerous cousins. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. followed by a memorial service at 11 a.m. on Saturday May 3, 2008 at Gray-Brown Funeral Home in Anniston.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made in his name to the Y.M.C.A. of Anniston, 29 West 14th Street, Anniston, Ala. 36201. Gray-Brown Service Mortuary is in charge of the arrangements.

TALLADEGA — Funeral services for Ms. Earline Nolen, 83, will be Friday, May 2, at 2 p.m. at Greater Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. A.G. McKinney, the Rev. B.J. Duncan, the Rev. C. Henderson, the Rev. B.E. McKinney and the Rev. J.F. McKinney officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery, Talladega. Ms. Nolen will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to service. Ms. Nolen died Thursday, April 24, 2008 at her residence. She was educated in the Talladega City School System, employed at Lee Laundry and a member of Greater Ebenezer Missionary Baptist Church where she sang in the choir. She was preceded in death by her son, Charles Nolen; parents, Willie and Alberta Nolen; brothers, Ernest and Euguen Nolen; sisters, Annie Tanner, Willie Rice, Jeraline Nolen and Jessie Tanner. She is survived by sons, Willie A. Nolen of Talladega and Eddie W. (Tanya) Nolen of Alexandria; daughters, Lois N. Curry of Talladega, Kathy Wilder of Panama City, FL, Mary Jim Montgomery of Seattle, WA, Leigh Hardy of Opelika; brothers, Cephus (Ann) Nolen of Hartford, CT, Benjamin (Catherine) Nolen of Bloomfield, CT, Willie L. (Lillian) Nolen Jr. of Ocala, FL, and Frank P. Nolen of Talladega; 11 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren. ALPINE — Funeral service for Mr. Paul S. Warlick, 79, will be Saturday, May 3, at 3 p.m. at Usrey Chapel, Talladega, with the Rev. William Maynor officiating. Burial will be in Alpine Baptist Cemetery. Mr. Warlick passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga. He was a native of Walker County and was a resident of Alpine for the past 57 years. He was a member of Salem Presbyterian Church, retired from Beaunit Fibers and a retired cattle farmer. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary Frances Warlick of Alpine; daughter, Kim Warlick of Alpine; daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Todd Patterson of Talladega; granddaughter, Heather Patterson of Talladega; grandson, Matthew Patterson of Talladega; aunt, Thelma Warlick of Talladega; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Saturday, May 3, from 2-3 p.m. at Usrey.

Bill Lutz officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Cemetery. Mrs. Weathers passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Weathers. She was a longtime resident of Sylacauga, a member of Overbrook Assembly of God and retired from Avondale Mills. She is survived by a daughter, Carolyn Davis and husband Sammy of Sylacauga; two sons, Larry Weathers and wife Sandra of Sylacauga and Bruce Weathers and wife Laurie of Dadeville; two brothers, Kirk Gallman of Talladega and Otis Gallman of Sylacauga; three sisters, Eunice Bassett, Sammie Franklin and Bessie Bivin all of Sylacauga; and 12 grandchildren. Visitation is Thursday, May 1, from 6-8 p.m.

Burial will be in Pine Hill Memorial Park. Mr. Wells passed away Wednesday, April 30, 2008 at his residence. He was a native of Covington County and a resident of Munford for the past 52 years. He was a member of Munford United Methodist Church, former employee of Newbury Foundry, former owner operator of Wells Brothers Plumbing and a Veteran of the Korean War. He was preceded in death by his parents, Tyler and Edna Wells; brothers, Larry Wells and Robert Wells. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Betty Jo Wells of Munford; daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Phillip Caldwell of Alexandria; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy and Debbie Wells of Munford; sister, Betty Joyce Curlee of Deatsville; brother, Billy Joe Wells of Tuscaloosa; four grandchildren, Jeff Daniel, Brandi Prichard, Brett Wells and Erin Wells; five great grandchildren, Hannah Daniel, Lauren Reaves, Olivia Daniel, Abby Prichard and Fisher Prichard.
