ERNEST "PUCK" FULLER TALLADEGA — Funeral services for Mr. Ernest "Puck" Fuller, 80, will be Saturday, Sept. 6, at 1 p.m. at Kelly Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. L.L. Jacobs officiating. Burial will be in Westview Cemetery, Talladega. Mr. Fuller will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to service. Mr. Fuller died Aug. 30, 2008 at his residence. He was educated in the Talladega City School System, retired from Crown Textile as a cloth inspector, and a member of New Maryland Baptist Church and attended Kelly Springs Baptist Church under watchcare. Survivors are his companion, Celia Turner of Munford; brothers, Ernie Perkins and Eddie Fuller both of Rochester, NY; sister, Genora Crawford of Rochester, NY; sister-in-law, Myrtle Fuller of Talladega; and special friend, Margaret Storey of Talladega. Terry's Metropolitan Mortuary will direct the services. JEFFERY TODD GOULD CHILDERSBURG — Jeffery Todd Gould, 44, died Sept. 3, 2008 in Clio, Ala. Radney-Smith Funeral Home will announce arrangements. JOHN HARRISON JR. SYLACAUGA — Mr. John Harrison, Jr,age 70, died Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008 at St. Vincent's East Medical Center. Arrangements will be announced by The New Madden Funeral Home, 256-249-3815. ANNIE MAE JOHNSON HOWELL TALLADEGA — Funeral services for Mrs. Annie Mae Johnson Howell, 69, will be Saturday, Sept. 6, at 12 p.m. at Cole Temple, 349 Davis St., Talladega, with Pastor Willie Hearn, Minister Wesley Carter, Pastor Fredrick Kirkland and Pastor Jamie Thomas officiating. Burial will be in Union Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday from 11 a.m.-12 noon at the church. Mrs. Howell died Aug. 30, 2008 at Coosa Valley Medical Center. She was educated in the Talladega County School System and Cook County School System, employed by Cook County Schools in Chicago, IL, as a Cook and a member of Cole Temple Church of God in Christ. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Alonia Johnson; two brothers and three sisters. Survivors are her husband, Frank Howell of Talladega; son, Franklin Howell of Talladega; daughters, Beverly (Robert) Hall of Newton, MS, Jewel Howell, Alonia (Kenny) Sims both of Birmingham, Patricia (Ned) Hutson of Chicago, IL, and Annette Howell of Elgin, IL; brothers, Raymond (Mary) Johnson of Chicago, IL, Johnny (Juanita) Johnson, Thomas Johnson both of Talladega, Andrew Johnson of Waukegan, IL, and Anthony Johnson of Fulton, KY; sisters, Cynthia (Donald) Miller of Talladega, Teresa Johnson, Ethel Johnson, Delilah Johnson, Tina Johnson, Mary Alice Johnson all of Chicago, IL; 17 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. EUNICE "TOOTSIE" INGRAM SYLACAUGA — Funeral service for Eunice "Tootsie" Ingram, 81, will be Saturday, Sept. 6, at 2 p.m. at Curtis and Son North Chapel with the Rev. Mark Deason officiating. Burial will be in Greenhill Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Ingram died Sept. 3, 2008 at Coosa Valley Medical Center, Sylacauga. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manie Ingram; son and daughter-in-law, Earl and Pat Ingram. Survivors are sons, Gene Ingram and wife Gail of Sylacauga, Kenneth Ingram and wife Cathy of Columbia, Ill., Robert Ingram and wife Ginger of Sylacauga and James Ingram and wife Linda of Sylacauga; daughter, Ann Fields and husband Terry of Sylacauga; sister, Polly Epperson of Attalla; 16 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren. VICKIE LAFAYE KELLY TALLADEGA — Funeral services for Mrs. Vickie Lafaye Kelly, 40, will be Saturday, Sept. 6, at 3 p.m. at Faith Temple Ministries, James Curry Pastor with Pastor Pamela Calhoun officiating. Burial will be in Kelly Springs Memorial Gardens, Munford. Mrs. Kelly will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to service. Mrs. Kelly died Monday, Sept. 1, 2008, at St. Vincent's Hospital. She was educated in the Talladega City School System, employed by Master Brand Cabinet Company, and a member of Shekinah Glory Power and Praise Deliverance Ministries where she was a missionary and choir member. Survivors are a son, Deanthony (Krystal) Kelly of Talladega; daughter, Mateshia Kelly of Talladega; special son, Jeremiah Murphy of Talladega; father, David Jones of Chicago, IL; mother, Clovia Kelly of Talladega; brothers, Stan Lewis of Curry Springs, Ga., Cedric L. Kelly, Ron C. (Tawana) Kelly and Johnathan L. Kelly all of Talladega; and two grandchildren. Terry's Metropolitan Mortuary will direct the services. SHERRY JEAN MARTIN GOODWATER — Funeral service for Sherry Jean Martin, age 41, will be Friday, Sept. 5, at 11 a.m. at Shelvin Rock Baptist Church with the Rev. Joe Camp officiating. Burial will be in Shelvin Rock Cemetery. Ms. Martin died Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2008 at her residence. She was a loving mother, very cherished sister, aunt, friend and was loved by all her nieces and nephews. She is safe in the hands of Jesus. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vivian Jean Martin. Survivors are her daughter, Heather D. Edwards of Goodwater; father, James Martin of Goodwater; two brothers, Darron Martin of Stewartville and Scott Martin and wife Celena of Goodwater; and sister, Shelia Barnett and husband Kyle of Goodwater. SALLIE WILSON McGRAW BIRMINGHAM — Mrs. Sallie Wilson McGraw, age 86, died on Saturday, Aug. 30, 2008. She was a member of New Zion Bibleway Church, Birmingham. Mrs. McGraw is a native of Pell City. Funeral service will be Saturday, Sept. 6, at 11 a.m. at Vision Christian Center, 5020 Cogswell Avenue, Pell City, with burial in Rocky Zion Church Cemetery. She is survived by daughter, Hazel Collins (Stanley); son, Charles Wilson (Charlotte); brother, Paul Bedford; 19 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren; and a special granddaughter, Dorothy Beavers. Hardy Reynolds, the Rev. Tommy Rivers and Dr. Quintin P. Woods Sr. officiating. Burial will be in Meadows-Welch Cemetery, Talladega. Ms. Meadows will lie in repose at the church one hour prior to service. Ms. Meadows died Aug. 28, 2008 at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center. She was educated in the Talladega County School System, a sitter for ATS Home Healthcare and a member of Mt. Calvary Baptist Church where she was a member of Circle No. 1. She was preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Hannah Meadows; sisters, Nora Tuck and Catherine Meadows. Survivors are a son, Edward Dean Meadows of Talladega; daughter, Ivy Lee Wilson of Talladega; brothers, William Henry Meadows, George (Peggy Lee) Meadows and Warren (Gwendolyn) Turner all of Talladega; sisters, Bessie Mae Bickley, Willie Ann Meadows, Mary Lois Meadows, Mae Lou (Kenneth) Duncan, Allene Meadows all of Talladega and Ella Jane Spencer of Anniston; two grandchildren and two great grandchildren. DARRIONNAH NICHOLE WHITSON TALLADEGA — Infant Darrionnah Nichole Whitson died Sept. 3, 2008 at Citizens BMC. A graveside service will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Midway Memory Gardens.
