A Sylacauga woman renewing her driver’s license in Talladega Wednesday was arrested on outstanding felony warrants from South Carolina, according to Talladega police reports.

Christina Littlejohn, 33, was arrested at the courthouse as a fugitive from justice, according to Capt. John McCoy. She had her initial court appearance before District Judge Jeb Fannin, who ordered her held without bond pending extradition.

McCoy said Littlejohn was wanted on felony drug charges by the Cherokee County, S.C. Sheriff’s Office. He said he was not certain if the charges involved possession or distribution.

The Cherokee County sheriff was not available for comment Thursday.
