A log truck wrecked, overturned and slid down an embankment at the intersection of Alabama 77 and Second Avenue in Lincoln Tuesday afternoon, trapping the driver inside the cab. According driver of the truck he was trying to avoid hitting a vehicle that had stopped at the intersection to turn left. The driver of the truck was not injured in the wreck. Lincoln Police Department and Fire Department responded to the scene.
