Winterboro head coach Adam Fossett called it “the topper to a great season,” and it was.
Taylor was recognized for his performance on offense, where he rushed for 1,927 yards and scored 32 touchdown his senior year. Gray was named to the defensive team, with 105 tackles, 7.5 sacks and an interception. Both were big contributors on both sides of the ball.
Thankful for the recognition, they hope they get the opportunity to play at the next level and keep it going.
We wish them well and hope they get that chance.
