The polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. Tuesday.
Following is a look at who is running for office and where people will vote today.
PELL CITY
There is a runoff election for mayor and one council seat.
Joe Funderburg and Adam Stocks are squaring off for mayor, while Greg Jacobik and Sharon Thomas are seeking the District 4 seat on the council.
Voters must vote at the Pell City Civic Center, 2801 Stemley Bridge Road.
LINCOLN
There is a runoff election for mayor and one ward seat.
Claude “Bud” Kitchin and Kelly T. Love are seeking the office of mayor, and Tony A. Brannon and Billy Pearson are seeking the Ward 2 seat on the council.
Voters must vote at the Lincoln City Center (old Lincoln High School gym) located at 255 Magnolia Street S.
MUNFORD
There is a runoff for mayor and for the Place 3 seat on the Munford Town Council.
David Dabbs and Gary Carter are in a runoff for mayor, and Tim Lipham and Phillip McWilliams are in a runoff for the Place 3 seat on the council.
Voting will be held at the Munford Community Center, also known as the old high school gym.
SYLACAUGA
There are runoff elections today for City Council Districts 1 and 5.
In District 1, the vote is between Joe Hogan and incumbent Jim Heigl.
The District 5 council seat will be decided between Billy Hay and Billy Carden.
Heigl served on the council one term and has filled the mayor position since the death of Mayor Sam Wright in August. The other two candidates will be first-time council members, if elected.
The winners of this election will join three new councilmen and Mayor-elect Doug Murphree when they take office Nov. 5. Councilmen decided with the Aug. 28 election were Shannon Darby in District 2, Tom Roberts in District 3 and Rocky Lucas in District 4.
Runoff elections for City Council Districts 1 and 5 are today in Sylacauga.
Voting will be held at J. Craig Smith Community Center.
CHILDERSBURG
Childersburg municipal runoff elections will decide who represents Wards D and E. In Ward D, former Councilman Glenn Stubblefield faces incumbent Billy Lester and incumbent Charles Reynolds faces challenger Ralph Rich.
Voters will cast their ballots at the R.S. Limbaugh Community Center at 300 First St. S.E.
WALDO
Mayoral candidates in the runoff include Susan Crim, Everett Askew and Dee Ford.
Annie Askew, Brenda Crim and Ronald Williams were uncontested for council seats.
Voting in Waldo is at Town Hall.
