Talladega College President Dr. Billy Hawkins marches with scores of students to vote Tuesday morning. The college canceled 10 a.m. classes to encourage students to go vote as a group. The procession went from Swayne Hall down Martin Luther King Drive to the polling place at the Mabra Center.
