Talladega City Councilmen Ricky Simpson and Joe Ballow presented a check to the members of the Talladega High School Marching Band in appreciation for their participation in the Walk of Fame Induction Ceremony in October. The Talladega Career Tech Robotics Team will be competing at the regional level in Auburn this weekend, and the Talladega City Council agreed to donate $1,000 to help defray the team’s travel costs. In addition, councilmen Ricky Simpson and Joe Ballow agreed to donate an additional $250 each individually.
