Atkinson comes to the post with a wealth of experience and history with the organization, having served the agency for a number of years.
In her interview, she told the board her goal would be to develop a strategic plan for Cheaha Mental Health as a means of setting and carrying out goals for the future.
Her skills and experience should serve her well toward that end and in the process, it should serve the center well as it heads into the future.
