For years now, the growing need for healthcare reform has dominated many political debates. From how health services are provided to their costs to how insurance should be regulated, the debate on what needs to be done to fix a system that many say is broken has raged on.

Despite all the debate, though, little real progress has been made to address the issue.

The current presidential administration and Congress are working to change that — and people on both sides of the debate are taking their cases to the public.

Healthcare reform is a complex and controversial process.
