A reception honoring Talladega Superspeedway President Rick Humphrey was held Tuesday evening at the Speed Channel Dome at TSS. Humphrey is leaving the post to take a position with International Speedway Corporation which owns the Talladega Superspeedway as well as 13 other tracks including Daytona. Humphrey was named Managing Director of Business Operations for ISC. Bob Crisp
