Representatives of business, industry and public service came out Thursday afternoon to welcome Brian Muenger as Talladega’s permanent city manager. Muenger is seen here talking with Water Plant Supervisor Doug Martin and one of the engineers from InSight Engineering, the company that is working to overhaul the existing water and sewer system.
