Pat Kettles is a gourmet cook and wine enthusiast who has pursued these hobbies for over 25 years.
She has traveled extensively to most of the major wine producing areas in Europe and in the United States, meeting with vintners and producers, dining at the world's most renowned as well as regional restaurants, and stopping along the way for cooking instruction and wine seminars at Escoffier at the Ritz in Paris, The New Orleans Wine Classic and The Cloisters
Food and Wine Classic, as well as other local and Southeastern events.
She is a charter member of the Chateau Wine Guild, a local organization whose goal
is to promote wine education. |
